Due to every item being custom made, I do not except returns/exchanges.

 

If you are unhappy with your order as it has a defect or has arrived damaged please email me with you name, order number and comment.

You have 14 days from when your order has arrived to inform me of any faults. If you are outside of these 14 days then unfortunately I will not replace any items.

 

You may be asked to send the item back. The return postage is the buyers responsibility.
